From a small centre to a big one, ELC have been founded by twin siblings. It has been running for more than four years. ELC started with a small amount of students. Nevertheless, due to the hard work from teachers, ELC's students have gradually increasing day by day. Nowadays, there are a ton of students who are studying at ELC.
