Vision
ECL is the centre that mainly focuses on real student abilites. ELC's students will have high abilites when finishing all courses. They can also utilize their knowledge pretty well in daily life . All students will be confident with their skills in each and every context, too.

Quality can give students real abilites with their learning outcome. Also, virtue makes ELC's students to live in happy lives.
Program
  • English Course: We provide all English levels to students from Beginners to Advanced with New Headway and Interchange. It is to ensure that students will have high English abilites when finishing our program.
  • Khmer Course: This is the extra course for Khmer learners who want to strengthen their ability more. We also have the classes from Kindergarten to grade 12.

    ELC consists of two experienced teachers, Voeung Nara and Voeung Narin: They have been teaching English for more than four years. Thus, they have full experiences and abilities of teaching. Teacher Nara and Narin graduated the Deploma degree from Panhasastra institute of foreign language. They also got An A grade from Bacc2 examination. Nowadays, both of them are the scholarship students at IFL, Department of English.
